1. Service Description

Feyzakizilay provides personalized mentoring programs focused on financial reputation management, professional ethics, and personal brand strengthening in the international business environment. The services are intended exclusively for individuals in executive positions within the banking and financial sector.

2. Rights and Obligations

Consultant's Obligations (Feyzakizilay):

• Providing consulting and mentoring services according to the agreed programs.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of information received from the Client.
• Providing professional recommendations based on expertise and industry practices.

Client's Obligations:

• Providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services.
• Paying fees according to issued invoices and established deadlines.
• Using the received materials and recommendations for professional and ethical purposes.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory in nature. Feyzakizilay does not assume responsibility for the final decisions made by the Client or for the financial or reputational results obtained following the implementation of the recommendations. The Client assumes full responsibility for their actions.

4. Financial Terms and Refunds

Fees are communicated in advance and invoiced according to the established schedule. Payments are non-refundable once the consulting sessions have begun. In case of a session cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice, the session may be considered consumed.

5. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate the collaboration through written notice. In case of termination initiated by the Client, payments for services already rendered remain due. Feyzakizilay reserves the right to suspend services in case of the Client's non-compliance with these terms.

6. Modification of Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. The current version will always be published on this site. Continued use of the services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them.
